What is the Solo Adventures Association's refund policy?

1. In training, if the date of withdrawal is up to 20 days before the start of the course, the amount will be refunded in full or will be used as a credit for another training action of the same type;

2. Participation in any face-to-face training automatically cancels any right to request a refund.

3. If you enroll in one of the courses and cannot attend the training, you can transfer your vacancy/enrollment to another person, if this person fits the profile of participants. The replacement communication must be made to the course organization, by e-mail soloadventuresofficial@gmail.com. This transfer will only be accepted up to 1 day before the start of the on-site course.

HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR MY REGISTRATION IN ONE OF THE BE RESPONSIBLE COURSES?

Your registration for one of the Be Responsible courses is only valid after you pay for it for the following

Please send proof of transfer to soloadventuresofficial@gmail.com , indicating the location of the action (Lisbon or Faro) and name of the training action.

ARE THE COURSES CERTIFIED?

The courses are taught by trainers with a certificate of teaching skills and a certificate of participation is issued by Be Responsible. However, Solo Adventures is not yet certified by DGERT - General Directorate of Employment and Labor Relations.

WHEN ARE CERTIFICATES DELIVERED?

A certificate of attendance is issued and will be delivered by the trainer on the last day of the training. The attendance certificate will also be made available in PDF format, up to five working days after the training.
