Our history
Did you know that having a sense of purpose adds years to life? There is a correlation between life purpose and mortality, particularly among people over 50 years of age.
It's not just us who say it. Several studies prove it here (2014) and here (2019) for example.
What if there were people throughout our lives who helped us find him?
The Solo Adventures is a non-profit organization where "Solo" focuses on the person and "Adventures" on the challenges each faces in the course of his life.
Our mission is to build a community of Practicing Dreamers (specialists from ideas to practice) where individual, social and civic awareness is developed. Through various social projects, we promote mental health and well-being based on three pillars:

We Are: interpersonal connections

Somos uma comunidade de Sonhadores/as Praticantes. Pretendemos inspirar e empoderar pessoas que procuram o seu propósito, fomentando uma maior consciência individual, social e cívica.
Através de uma metodologia baseada em três pilares (autoconhecimento, autorrealização e ligações interpessoais), o nosso plano de ação foca-se no desenvolvimento humano, na saúde mental e no bem-estar emocional.
Incentivamos o aumento da qualidade de vida e a longevidade das pessoas, reforçando o poder do potencial humano e da colaboração como fatores-chave de evolução do mundo.
A nossa missão está em linha com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável das Nações Unidas, nomeadamente os pontos 3 (Saúde de Qualidade), 10 (Reduzir as Desigualdades) e 17 (Parcerias para a Implementação dos Objetivos).
